Take advantage of this opportunity to meet and network with over 170 members who will attend the Annual Conference in Reading! Exhibiting at the AAP Annual Conference offers vendors the chance to interact with members each day of the Conference and make them aware of your products and services. We hope you will take advantage of this chance to network and get to know our members. Our deadline to sign up as an exhibitor is April 10.
Exhibitor Registration Information: The AAP offers a limited number of tabletop exhibits during the Conference. The AAP registration desk, exhibits and refreshment breaks are located in the same area.
Electric and AV Needs and Package Shipping Details: If you need to arrange electric or AV for your booth, please contact Jim Intili, Director of Catering Sales, at (484) 577-8639 or James.Intili@Hilton.com. Orders must be received by the DoubleTree no later than 10 days prior to the Conference.
