The AAP hopes you will take advantage of this chance to meet and network with over 170 members who will attend the Annual Conference in Seven Springs. 

Exhibiting at the AAP Annual Conference offers vendors the chance to interact with members each day of the Conference and make them aware of your products and services. We hope you will take advantage of this chance to network and get to know our members. Our deadline to sign up as an exhibitor is April 12

The AAP offers a limited number of tabletop exhibits during the Conference in the Stag Pass area in the convention center; please consult the property map. The AAP registration desk and refreshment breaks are also located in the Stag Pass area.

75th Anniversary Sponsorship Opportunity (PDF)

This year is the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Assessors’ Association of Pennsylvania. To honor the long history and work of the association, we will be celebrating the organization and its’ members throughout the Conference. The AAP is also offering our supporters the opportunity to enhance our Annual Banquet on May 9 which will be the culmination of the anniversary celebration. If your company would like to place an ad in the 2024 Annual Conference program, please fill out the ad form and return to AAP by April 5.

Remember if your firm is a gold or silver Conference sponsor, a program ad is included in your sponsorship package.
