Our Conference room rate is $179 per night for single, double, triple or quad occupancy. These rates do not include the 13 percent state and local taxes. 

Guests can make room reservations at the online link or call the hotel directly. Please be sure to use our code, AAP, to receive our room rate. 

Our reservation deadline is April 5 or when the room block sells out, whichever comes first. After that date, our Conference rate cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your room reservation more than 24 hours in advance of your expected arrival to avoid any penalty. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit all nights’ room and tax.

Overnight Room Payment Information: The DoubleTree accepts checks or credit cards for payment of the guest rooms. If a county plans to pay for their employees all at one time, the hotel would need either a check sent in prior to arrival or a credit card authorization form filled out to process the charges. Please contact the reservations desk at the DoubleTree for more information.

Debit/Credit Card and Cash Policy: Guests are encouraged to use a credit card instead of a debit card to pay for overnight room reservations as well as incidental charges at the hotel. A $50 hold per night will be placed on all credit and debit cards. 

Parking: All self-parking in the DoubleTree’s onsite garage is complimentary. Valet parking is available for $15 per day.
