Exhibiting and Sponsorship Opportunities

If your firm is interested in exhibiting at and/or sponsoring the AAP Fall Conference, please review the Exhibitor/Sponsorship (PDF) details information provided here. To register for your table top exhibit, please send your AAP registration form(s) to Lori Lawyer, management associate, at llawyer@pacounties.org.

Electric and Audiovisual Equipment Orders (PDF) - If you need to arrange electric or any audiovisual equipment for your table top, please complete the Penn Stater’s form on the AAP Fall Conference webpage. 

Package Shipping and Delivery (PDF) - For any exhibit materials shipping and delivery, please read over the information and instructions on the shipping form. Please be sure to label your materials with your Company Name, Conference Name and Dates and address it to the Attention of Dawn Grimes.

Orders must be received by the Penn Stater no later than 14 days prior to the Conference.

Hospitalities – If you are interested in hosting your own hospitality event during the Conference, please contact Mary Lehane, sales manager, at the Penn Stater for more details. She can be reached at (814) 863-5009 or mlehane@SCHOLARTPS.COM.
