Fall Conference Registration Open!
Register now to attend the AAP Fall Conference to be held November 13 and 14, 2025 at Wind Creek Bethlehem! Our conference features many opportunities to earn licensing recertification credits, exchange ideas with other CPEs, and meet with industry exhibitors.
Online registration for the AAP Fall Conference is now open! Please register for the Conference online using the registration button below. Please review the Conference agenda (PDF) which includes descriptions of each class along with instructor information. All county members, vendor members and all non-members are welcome to register for Conference classes.
While online registration is preferred, AAP is still providing the option to print a paper registration form (PDF), complete your selections, and mail it in with your check to the address on the form. Please scan in your registration form first and email it to Lori Lawyer to have a better chance of getting a spot in your preferred classes.

Monitor Procedures and Code of Conduct
At the link below is an explanation of AAP’s monitoring and disciplinary procedures and the AAP Code of Conduct. Please read them over before signing up for classes. By registering for classes, you, as an individual, are agreeing to abide by both the monitoring and disciplinary procedures and the Code of Conduct.
Class Monitor Volunteers
Please complete the electronic form by October 31 if you’d like to volunteer as a class monitor.
If you volunteer to be a monitor for the Conference classes, please plan to attend the monitor briefing session at 8 a.m. on Thursday, November 13 during the Conference.
Conference Safety Guidelines
The AAP considers the safety of all those onsite at the AAP Fall Conference as our top priority. With that in mind, we are committed to hosting a safe event for all participants, and in partnership with Wind Creek we will be following best practices designed to mitigate exposure or spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses. However, by choosing to attend the AAP Fall Conference in-person, attendees are acknowledging that they fully and knowingly understand and accept the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses. If you are experiencing any symptoms or other circumstances under current public health guidance, we ask that you respect your colleagues by refraining from attending to avoid the spread of illness.
