AAP 2020 FALL CONFERENCE

November 16 to 19

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our association has cancelled both our May Annual Conference and the in-person version of our Fall Conference. These cancellations have placed limitations on our members’ ability to obtain continuing education credits, which is a requirement for CPE license renewal. The current recertification period started on July 1, 2019 and ends June 30, 2021.

Thanks to the hard work of our AAP staff, the AAP Education Committee and the AAP Conference Planning Committee, a series of virtual classes for November 16 to 19 has been created to assist all CPEs in obtaining credits for license recertification

 Save the Date

Annual Conference is May 5-7, 2021 - Eden Resort, Lancaster

 Sponsorship Opportunties

AAP is offering our vendor members and non-members the opportunity to reach out to our members during this year’s Fall Conference. We are offering three sponsorship packages that allow you to get you and your firm in front of AAP’s members.

Already we have had an overwhelming response to our conference registration and expect well over 300 members and non-members to attend the virtual conference.

 Virtual Learning and Monitoring

Virtual learning requires a different set of learning and monitoring requirements. Please review the requirements at the link above along with the disciplinary procedures in the registration materials and the AAP Code of Conduct. Please read them over before signing up for classes. By registering for classes, you, as an individual, are agreeing to abide by both the monitoring and disciplinary procedures and the Code of Conduct.

The State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers (SBCREA) has approved the virtual learning requirements for both individual learners with access to a laptop with a camera and microphone and group learning. While individual laptops are the preferred method of attending classes, groups of up to 12 students can gather in a central location with a camera, a microphone, ability to project the class (so everyone can see) and the ability to ask questions of the instructor.
